Thousands of recipes are available from the internet. However, when coming to a free recipe, download it is a situation to be aware of buyers. Many extraordinary recipes, and some are not so good. As I found, these recipes can have lost ingredients, confusing typical errors, and bad directions.

I like to adjust the recipe so I rarely make it as written. The experience of cooking for many years helps me do this. But baking is an exception to my rules. I know I have to measure the material carefully, using the recommended pan, and set the oven to the correct temperature. Oven varies, and sometimes I have a baked cake longer than what is stated in the recipe.

Family members come for dinner and I need fast dessert. I am the main caregiver of my husband who is disabled and does not have much time to cook, so I switched to the internet to ask for help. Remarkably, I found a recipe for chocolate cakes made with a mixture of brownies. “Sounds good,” I muttered to myself.

In addition, I just bought a mixture of brownies sold. My mindset diagram will look like this: Sale Brownie Mix> pressed for time> Fast Solution. According to the recipe that I downloaded, I only need a large bowl, mixer spoon, and a measuring spoon to make cookies.

All of this sounds good, but I realize the direction in the recipe is rare. If I am not an experienced baker, I might be in trouble. But the experience of saving me and a good cookie. Below is a basic recipe that I download from the internet.

I changed the recipe in several ways. First, I added a few vanillas to issue chocolate flavor. To compensate for Vanilla, I added less water. I also added eight ounces of chocolate chip package. Unlike the downloaded recipe, my preparation and cake instructions are detailed. Get ready to bite the warm, double, Gooey chocolate cake. You will like this!

1 box (18.3 ounces) fudge brownie mix

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons of water

1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup of vegetable oil (I use canola.)

1/4 cup of ordinary flour

1 Package (8 ounces) Chocolate Chips (Ordinary or Sugar Free)

Heat the oven up to 350 degrees. ベーキングシートにクッキングスプレーを塗り、取っておきます. Discard brownies mixed into a large bowl. Break the egg into a small bowl. Add water, and vanilla extract, and shake with a fork. Pour this mixture above the cake mixture. Stir chocolate chips with a spoon. Make sure the chips are distributed evenly in the dough and there is no dry mixture in the bottom of the bowl. Drop the teaspoon of the dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leave two inches of space between each cake. Adjust the pan on the middle oven rack. Bake 10 minutes. Remove the cookie from the oven and chill for 30 seconds before removing from the pan. Transfer to candle paper to complete cooling. (Cookie will be set when cold.) Save the cookie in an airtight container. For delicious desserts, fold the damaged cake into vanilla or coffee ice cream or for ice cream sandwich with cakes. Results: About 3 dozen.
